How long does it take to get a sash made?

Sashes usually take 1 to 2 weeks to get made and be delivered.

Keep in mind that the sashes does not ship right away like mass produced heat transfer & sublimation t-shirts. They are "Made to Order" with custom embroidery. Therefore, please allocate the necessary time for manufacture. If you need a rush order within less than a week's time, please contact us first to make sure we can fulfill your order.

If you need a custom logo please send your artwork right away to avoid delay on your order with the digitizing process.

What kind of fabric are the sashes made of?

Pride Pageant™ uses high quality fabrics. All pageant sashes are made of the finest lined soft bridal satin.

How about sash sizes, and where to select it?

Standard pageant sashes are 35" long, from the fold to the tip

Predefined sizes available are:

  • Extra Small   ~3" wide x 20" long
  • Small   ~4" wide x 25" long
  • Medium   ~5" wide x 30" long
  • Standard   ~5" wide x 35" long
  • Large   ~5" wide x 45" long (+ $5)

The sizes are approximations in inches from the tip of the sash to the fold (or top of the shoulder).

Once designed, you can select or change the sash size (if not default), before checkout, in the shopping cart. Should you have a specific request or just for safety, please write Age and Height or other details in the note box.

How much does one sash cost? What does the price include?

The base cost for all sashes is $49. It includes your custom text in any font style or color, on the front side. Added text elements are +$5 each ($20 minimum for the back side). Logos are +$10 each (+ custom digitizing fees*).

*What is the $100 digitizing fee? Why is it added to the shopping cart?

Because our sashes are custom embroidered, each new logo (not already in our system) has to be recomposed manually. Therefore a "Logo Digitizing Setup Fee" is required, and added for sashes with custom uploaded logos or graphics.

It is a one time fee only, and only applicable for new custom logos and/or new orders. (country flags do not apply) Should we already have your logo or graphics digitized in our system and embroidery ready, the fee will be waived.

When will I be charged for my order?

Billing is made once manufacture start, after the order is manually reviewed and cleared for production.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Orders shipped to addresses in California will be charged CA sales tax. Out of state deliveries are exempt from taxes.

How much is shipping? What are the shipping options?

We ship via FedEx. The shipping price is determined based on your location, through FedEx's live quote system.

The average price for individual orders with the 2-4 days express method is usually in the $15-$20 range.
